I set out on my 10 mile run this morning thinking “I should be running slow” but I wanted to run fast. With my mid-week run being so good, I was just amped up to go. I kept holding myself back though. The run was tougher from beginning to end even though I was going about a minute slower each mile. It might have been since I am not used to running in the morning without eating or because of the humidity, or a little of both. Anyhow, It did end up being my fastest 10 mile run so far.
Thing keep looking up for me and my running. I just keep trying to improve every run, even if just a little. My goals for my first Marathon are:
1. Finish without walking
2. Not be last
3. Finish under 4:30
