4:30 came really early but commitment helped me out of bed. Did a 30 minute Fit Test. It was quite a workout in itself. Had to stop and take a breather during a lot of them but now I have a baseline from which to improve. Really broke a sweat but I have a feeling it will be nothing compared to what I have coming in these workouts. I think I’m going to try a 5K run today but that will be after work. Off to the shower!
