Tomorrow I will be starting. After not really running since January because of illness, I feel like I have fallen behind in my training. I wanted to start in the beginning of March and now it is the end of April. I’m a little nervous about being able to train and be ready for October 12th now that I feel well enough but I’m definitely committed to finishing the ING Hartford Marathon.
Tomorrow morning I will start with an intensive interval workout. We’ll see how that goes. I will be doing this every morning, Monday through Saturday. I’ll be running three to four time a week with a long run on Saturday. I’ll start with a 5K distance during the week running at an easy pace at first and gradually speeding up before I start increasing my distance. Sundays will be my full rest day.
Got to get motivated and stay that way.
